Meet Our Staff

Dr. Kate Mohn grew up in Bothell WA as an avid gymnast and track athlete attending Inglemoor high school. In higher education, she took up powerlifting in order to continue to make goals while staying fit. She believes it can be very difficult to stick to a formal exercise program without a goal in mind. Kate enjoys helping patients to reach their own goals, none too small and none too big, finding the right path is key. In her free time, Kate enjoys continuing to travel and explore as much as possible, ranging from a weekend hiking/backpacking trip in the cascades to week-long trips in Europe to trying new brews. She found her favorite place to visit in the States is Glacier National Park in Montana (in the summer), and she highly recommends it!
