Meet Our Staff
Kendall Sanford, PT, DPT
Kendall grew up in the greater Seattle area and attended the University of Washington, where she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She later moved to Colorado, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University. Kendall strives to implement a holistic and individualistic approach to treatment, educating and empowering patients to reach their goals. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, camping, playing pickleball and spending time with family, friends, and her dog.

Sam Olmstead DPT, OCS, FAFS
Dr. Sam Olmstead PT, OCS, FAFS will be clinic director and head PT. As a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedics and a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, he has spent years improving himself in order to help patients with the newest non-surgical and non-imaging PT diagnostics. Sam was born in Bellevue and spent his childhood in Sammamish before leaving for Eastern Oregon University where he obtained a BS in molecular biology. He did his Doctoral work in Southern California at Chapman University. Sam has a passion for helping people which led him to the Physical Therapy world. On the weekends you can find Sam outside or cheering on the Mariners and Hawks.
